Shipping Policy (EU Compliant)

Order Processing & Production

All products are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner Printify.

Production and processing time is typically 2–7 business days before the order is shipped. Processing times may vary depending on the product and seasonal demand.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after production:

  • European Union: 5–10 business days

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International (outside EU): 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, product type, and shipping method selected. All applicable shipping fees are displayed before completing the purchase, in compliance with EU consumer transparency requirements.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

For EU orders, applicable VAT is handled according to EU regulations and included at checkout where required.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status of your order.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at tznidarcic99@gmail.com. We will work with Printify and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue in accordance with EU consumer protection standards.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Notice)

In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), customers are generally entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal.
However, custom-made or print-on-demand products are exempt from the right of withdrawal, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
